The remaining payment is to be made on site in cash, by debit card, or by bank transfer one week prior to departure.

* 2 months to 31 days before arrival: 40 % of the booking amount
* 30 days to 8 days before arrival: 70 % of the booking amount
* 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 90 % of the booking amount
* In case of no show we charge 100% of the booking amount
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full price will be charged.

The 4 different skiing and hiking areas in the Stubai valley (Stubai Glacier, Schlick 2000, Serleslifte Mieders and Elferlifte Neustift) can be easily reached by free bus (bus stop only a 1-minute walk away).
There is a covered car park for one car right next to the flat.
There is a public EV-charging station in the immediate vicinity (10 meters from the flat).
Check in: from 03:00 - 08- 08:00 pm on the day of arrival
Check out: from 07:30 - 10:00 am on the day of departure
For children under the age of 2 years, we provide a baby cot and bed linen free of charge.
A high chair is available if required.
The apartment is run pet-free accommodation to provide the increasing number of allergy sufferers with hygienically clean rooms.
Our beds are free of down or other feathers.
