Casa Habicht is quietly and centrally located in the sunny district of Kampl in Neustift in the Stubai valley. The bus stop and a grocery shop are 1 minute on foot from our apartments. The access to the Stubai valley cycle path is directly beside our house, and the landscape lake with playground and sports facilities can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.

Getting here
Easy to reach by car, train or bus
From Innsbruck you reach the Stubai valley in around 20 minutes via the toll-charged Brenner motorway A13, or toll-free in about 35 minutes via the Brenner federal road.
Travelling by train and bus is just as simple: from Innsbruck main station, bus line 590 takes you directly to Neustift-Kampl.
Once here, the four ski and hiking areas of the valley – Stubai Glacier, Schlick 2000, Serlesbahnen and Elferbahnen – are easy to reach with the free bus. All routes in detail are described under Location & Directions.
What’s included
Two apartments with feel-good factor
Bed linen and towels are provided in both apartments, along with a fully equipped kitchen; dishwasher tablets and tea towels are included.
For children under two years of age we provide a free cot together with bed linen; a high chair is available on request.
During the specified promotional period you also receive the Stubai Super Card free of charge, which includes free use of the four Stubai cable cars.
Check-in is possible from 16:00 to 20:00, check-out between 07:30 and 10:00. Added to the nightly rate are the final cleaning fee and the visitor’s tax per person per night from the age of 15.
