Two holiday apartments to feel at home in
Living at Casa Habicht
Experience pure relaxation and nature! Our apartments offer the highest level of comfort, a fully equipped kitchen and a fantastic mountain view with a large garden, terrace and covered parking.
Both apartments have two bedrooms each, are designed for two to four people, measure around 50 to 53 square metres and are furnished with great attention to detail. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included; a cot and a high chair are available on request.
The ski room with boot dryer and the lockable bicycle storage make Casa Habicht the ideal base in summer and winter alike. All four Stubai ski and hiking areas are easy to reach with the free bus; the stop is one minute away on foot.
Both apartments are deliberately kept pet-free. Our beds are free of down and feathers so that we can offer hygienically clean accommodation, especially for guests with allergies.

Prices valid in EUR per night for the stated number of persons in the relevant period, without meals. Excluding visitor's tax and excluding final cleaning fee (EUR 80.00).
The visitor's tax is EUR 4.80 per person per night from the age of 15 and is charged separately.

Frequently asked questions
Apartment Elfer and Apartment Sonnenstein each have two bedrooms and are designed for two to four people. Apartment Elfer measures around 50 m², Apartment Sonnenstein around 53 m² and additionally offers a separate WC.
Check-in on the day of arrival is possible from 16:00 to 20:00. Check-out takes place on the day of departure between 07:30 and 10:00.
Yes. A covered parking space for one car is located directly at the apartment and is included in the price. A public EV charging station is also available in the immediate vicinity, around 10 metres from the apartment.
No. Both apartments are deliberately run as pet-free in order to offer hygienically clean accommodation to the growing number of allergy sufferers.
Bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi, dishwasher tablets, tea towels and the covered parking space are included. In summer you additionally receive the Stubai Super Card from 14 May to 1 November 2026. A cot and high chair are available on request.
For children under 2 years of age we are happy to provide a free cot together with the appropriate bed linen. A high chair is also available on request.

The four ski and hiking areas in the Stubai valley – Stubai Glacier, Schlick 2000, the Serles lifts in Mieders and the Elfer lifts in Neustift – are easy to reach with the free bus. The bus stop is one minute's walk from the apartment.

Yes. A stay at Casa Habicht includes the Stubai Super Card from 14 May to 1 November 2026. You will be given the card at check-in.
