Living area of a holiday apartment at Casa Habicht

Holiday apartment in the Stubai Valley

Two apartments in Neustift-Kampl – for two to four guests

Holiday apartment in the Stubai Valley

A holiday apartment in the Stubai Valley means your own rhythm instead of fixed mealtimes, room for the family and a home from home instead of a hotel room. Casa Habicht offers two apartments in a quiet, central location in Neustift-Kampl – a five-minute walk from everything you need day to day, with four ski areas close by.

Two holiday apartments to choose from

Casa Habicht has two holiday apartments. Apartment Elfer measures around 50 square metres, Apartment Sonnenstein around 53 square metres. Both apartments have two bedrooms and are designed for two to four guests.

Apartment Elfer has one bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), TV and safe, and a second bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a cosy living area. The modern bathroom has a shower, WC and hairdryer.

Apartment Sonnenstein also has a separate WC – convenient for couples and families alike. On request, the double beds (180x200 cm) can be split into single beds.

You will find a detailed description of both apartments, including floor plans, under Apartments.

Your own kitchen – the difference from a hotel

The biggest advantage of a holiday apartment is having your own kitchen. Both apartments have a fridge with freezer compartment, a fan oven, a ceramic hob with extractor hood, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a filter coffee machine and a capsule coffee machine.

There is a full set of crockery and cookware, as well as tea towels and dishwasher tablets. A grocery shop is a one-minute walk from the house – so shopping for breakfast is done in no time.

This pays off especially with children: dinner fits around your day in the mountains, not around a restaurant's closing time. And if you get back late from a long hike, you stay flexible.

Well equipped

What comes with the apartment

Covered parking

A covered parking space for one car directly at the apartment is included in the price. A public EV charging point is around 10 metres away.

Wi-Fi and bed linen included

Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included, as are dishwasher tablets and tea towels.

A lockable ski room with ski boot dryer and lockable storage for bicycles and mountain bikes.

Included in summer: the Stubai Super Card

A stay at Casa Habicht includes the Stubai Super Card from 14 May to 1 November 2026. You will receive the card at check-in.

It includes, among other things, free use of the four Stubai mountain railways – Stubai Glacier, Schlick 2000, Serlesbahnen and Elferbahnen – and free travel on public transport in the valley and to Innsbruck. The Stubai Super Card also offers many discounted bonus services. Look forward to two free admissions to the StuBay leisure pool. With the card you can discover the mountains of the Stubai Valley afresh every day of your stay without buying separate tickets.

In practice, this means you can head up a different mountain every day without buying a lift ticket each time. If you make full use of the card, you quickly recoup the value of a day of your stay.

Getting here

Around 20 minutes from Innsbruck via the A13, or about 35 minutes toll-free. By train and bus via Innsbruck main station and bus line 590 directly to Neustift-Kampl.

Hiking between glaciers and alpine meadows

A dense, fully waymarked network of trails runs through the Stubai Valley. The best-known routes include the Wilde Wasser Weg along the Ruetz, the Sunnenseit’n Weg, the Stubai High Trail and the Seven Summits Stubai. Panoramic trails on the Elfer and family-friendly hikes in the Hochserles area are ideal for easy half-day outings.

If you want to go higher, the TOP OF TYROL viewing platform at 3,210 metres on the Stubai Glacier is one of the most spectacular viewpoints in the valley. At around 85 metres wide, the Grawa Waterfall is considered the widest waterfall in the Eastern Alps.

Part of the Stubai Alps is a designated quiet area. The mountain paths carry the Tyrolean quality seal for secured, uniformly waymarked trails – a reassuring detail, especially when hiking with children.
